HIV/AIDS Presentation for the Int. Day

HIV is one of the most dangerous viruses and AIDS is a lethal illness. In order to inform the school and raise awareness, we, the biology students from 11IB class, did a presentation in fron of all the students and teachers.

The projest was organised by our biology teacher, our CAS coordinator and the nurse in our school. It served as a great example of intrasubject connection.

Doing such a presentation is a tradition and in our school we always do it on the 1st of December - the World AIDS Day.
I am happy that I got to participate, because I see how important it is to know and understand the viruss and illness, the ways to protect yourself and how it is transmitted.
